MEET THETeam

Ashley is the cheerful presence at the front desk of our Crestview location, and she takes joy in warmly welcoming your little ones. Ashley is amazing at helping the children feel safe, comfortable, and at ease when they come in, especially for the first time. Ashley understands that dentist appointments can be scary for your children, and the most rewarding part of her job is making your child’s dentist appointment a fun and easy experience. Ashley was born and raised in Florida, and she wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! When Ashley is at home with her daughter and husband, they love watching Moana and eating lots of French fries. A fun fact about Ashley is, she would love to swim with Great White sharks! Yikes!

Chyane is one of our sensational Administrators who also spends time as a Dental Assistant. When off, Chyane is renovating a camper with her other half, their bunny Hops, and the newest edition to the family, a rescued kitten named Vamp. Chyane chose pediatrics because when growing up, her sister was scared of the dentist, so she wanted to ensure all children feel loved when they step foot in our office. A fun fact about Chyane is she loves going to car shows and even building cars!

Jen is one of our fabulous Insurance Coordinators, and she has been with our practice since 2021. Jen has two beautiful daughters, who she would love to visit internationally, and her days are filled with the chirping of cardinals. Jen chose pediatrics because seeing the smiles of children as they leave our office warms her heart. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the ‘after’ results from restorative treatment. A fun fact about Jen is that she was a cheerleader for 7th, 8th, and 9th grades!

Leslee is our amazing Director at our Crestview location. She is a New Orleans native and began working in the dental industry in 2009. She is a cosmetologist by trade but chose pediatrics because of her passion for working with children and watching them grow through the years. Leslee has a passion for cooking, especially with her three children and husband. Leslee’s biggest accomplishment is being able to give her family the life they deserve and the memories they will never forget, especially at Disney. A fun fact about Leslee is she has a standard poodle named Layla!

Lisa is one of our outstanding Administrators who spends her time with us and at Smart Smiles Orthodontics with Dr. Witcher. You can always find Lisa cooking, hunting, and relaxing by the water with her partner, Scott, and their dogs (Guinness & Scout). Lisa chose both pediatrics and orthodontics because she adores helping people achieve the smile of their dreams while maintaining healthy oral hygiene. The most rewarding part of her job is connecting with patients along their smile journey. A fun fact about Lisa is she loves looking for shark teeth!

Madisyn is our Practice Relations Coordinator and specializes in growing our connections within the community. On the weekends, you can find Madisyn camping with her partner, Cooper, and their little dachshund Obi-Wan. Madisyn chose pediatrics because she aspires to be a dentist after finishing her degree in Biomedical Science, and getting kids to laugh has always come naturally. The most rewarding part of her job is capturing heartfelt moments between patients and staff while inspiring new opportunities. A fun fact about Madisyn is she is Canadian!

Racquel is one of our astonishing Dental Assistants who has been with our practice since 2022. You can always find Racquel at Disney World with her husband, Vinny, and their son Leo (and sometimes their fur baby Simba!). Racquel chose pediatrics because she believes good habits start at a young age, and kiddos must receive guidance. The most rewarding part of her job is helping children look forward to the dentist. A fun fact about Racquel is she was born and raised in New Orleans, so she knows how to do a mean crawfish boil!

Sarah is one of our extraordinary Dental Assistants at our Crestview location. You can always find Sarah creating crafts (crocheting/knitting) or camping and hiking with her dog Buddy on the weekends. Sarah chose pediatrics because she worked at a Periodontal office before and wanted to see the opposite side of dentistry. The most rewarding part of her job is when Sarah can make the experience of going to the dentist a delight for kiddos instead of scary. A fun fact about Sarah is she is a grandma at heart!

Sarahbeth is one of our spectacular Dental Assistants who has been with our practice since 2021. In her free time, Sarahbeth adores reading the Harry Potter series surrounded by themed music! Sarahbeth chose pediatrics because she loves working with children; she has taught at her church for seven years. The most rewarding part of her job is her passion for teaching children the confidence and knowledge of caring for their teeth. A fun fact about Sarahbeth is she was a part of Captain Jack Sparrow’s crew in Walt Disney World Orlando!

Tiffany is our lead Dental Assistant who has been with our practice since 2021. On the weekends, you can find Tiffany at her daughter Aubrey’s soccer games or the beach with Jen! Tiffany chose pediatrics because she loves working with children, especially since her silly self is still a kid at heart. The most rewarding part of her job is watching children overcome their fears of the dentist and watching their personalities come out of their shells. A fun fact about Tiffany is she has been skydiving!
