April is our extraordinary Lead Scheduling Coordinator who organizes every detail of her day, down to her weekly meal-prepped egg roll in a bowl. When April leaves the office, she fills her time with intricately themed gatherings with her other half, Corey, her stepdaughter, Tatum, and their sweet furbabies (BeeBee and Boba). April chose pediatrics because she has a heart of gold, and working with children allows her to help establish a solid foundation for children to develop a love for oral hygiene. The most rewarding part of her job is working with doctors who provide high-quality care to patients alongside our team of the most remarkable women. A fun fact about April is that she is the ultimate morning person and happily sets her alarm before sunrise!

Ashley is the cheerful voice on our phones as she runs our Call Center. Ashley is amazing at answering any questions regarding your appointments, especially for the first one! Ashley understands that dentist appointments can be scary for your children, and the most rewarding part of her job is making your child’s dentist appointment an easy and fun experience. Ashley was born and raised in Florida and wouldn’t want to live elsewhere! When Ashley is at home with her daughter and husband, they enjoy watching Moana and eating a lot of French fries. A fun fact about Ashley is that she would love to swim with Great White sharks! Yikes!

Chyane is not only one of our sensational Scheduling Coordinators, but she is also certified as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant! When off, Chyane can be spotted walking the Palafox Market with her best friend, Madisyn, or spending time in her garden with her cats, Celica and Vamp. Chyane chose pediatrics because she grew up with her sister, who was fearful of the dentist, and Chyane wanted to ensure all children feel loved when they set foot into a dental office. A fun fact about Chyane is that she loves attending car shows and painting everything from canvas to nails!

Erin is our awesome Lead Scheduling Coordinator, proficient in the complex nature of insurance at our Crestview Office. You can always find Erin at the beach next to a marvelous novel with her fiancé, Bobby, and their beagle, Millie. Erin chose pediatrics because she is infatuated with children’s laughter and always tries to be the cause of it when they are checking in at the front desk. The most rewarding part of her job is watching scared children walk out of the office with the biggest smiles and the cleanest teeth in town. A fun fact about Erin is that she loves to create baked goods and Legos!

Jada is one of our ambitious Dental Assistants. In her free time, you can find Jada either tucked away studying or working hard at the gym. Jada chose pediatrics because she values the importance of establishing a healthy relationship between kiddos and their dentist, which can develop into a lifelong, cheerful connection. The most rewarding part of her job is the emotional and physical growth of the children and their families between each visit, especially when nervous kids begin to come out of their shells and flourish into brave, confident young adults. A fun fact about Jada is that she rescued a senior dog named Cooper!

Jen is our incredible Insurance Coordinator, and she has been with our practice since 2021. Jen has two beautiful daughters, whom she would love to visit internationally, and her days are filled with the chirping of cardinals. Jen chose pediatrics because seeing the smiles of children as they leave our office warms her heart. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the ‘after’ results from restorative treatment. A fun fact about Jen is that she BEAT CANCER!

Leah is one of our spectacular Dental Assistants! On weekends, you can find Leah going from one activity to the next with her husband, two children, and their furry friend, Pickles. Leah chose pediatrics because she has an enormous soft spot for kids, especially babies! Leah is the oldest sibling out of seven kiddos, so she believes pediatrics is her calling. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing children grow and go off into the world, ready for anything. A fun fact about Leah is her love for music; she has a whole musical library in her brain and needs to let it out!

Crestview & Pensacola, FL

Leslee is our amazing Director of Operations for BOTH Crestview and Pensacola. She is native to New Orleans and began working in the dental industry in 2009. She is a cosmetologist by trade, but chose pediatrics because of her passion for working with children and watching them grow through the years. Leslee has a passion for cooking, especially with her three children and husband. Leslee’s biggest accomplishment is being able to give her family the life they deserve and the memories they will never forget, especially at Disney. A fun fact about Leslee is that she has a standard poodle named Layla!

Madisyn is our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, specializing in growing connections within the community. On the weekends, you can find Madisyn camping with her husband, Cooper, and their little dachshund Obi-Wan. Madisyn chose pediatrics because she believes in her childlike sense of wonder through life’s twists and turns. Although Madisyn has a degree in Biomedical Science, her passion is in the aesthetic representation of marketing. The most rewarding part of her job is capturing the heartfelt moments between patients and staff while inspiring new opportunities. A fun fact about Madisyn is that she is Canadian!

Miah is one of our wonderful Scheduling Coordinators who always makes us smile. When off, Miah cherishes spending time with her high school sweetheart, Jarred, and her house filled with furry friends (two French bulldogs, four cats, and about a million weiner dogs!). Miah chose pediatrics because she has a heartfelt passion for working with children. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the smiling faces of kiddos of all ages walk through our doors. A fun fact about Miah is that she drives a lime-green Mustang!

Myca is one of our dazzling Registered Dental Assistants! During her free time, Myca enjoys exploring new places with her fiancé, David, and looking for the best shopping deals to bring goodies back to their family on the farm (where they have two goats, eight chickens, three dogs, and three kiddos). Myca chose pediatrics because it combines her love for dentistry with the joy of working with children. The most rewarding part of her job is the positive impact on children’s lives by making them feel comfortable during their visits. As an assistant, Myca believes it is crucial to build relationships with her patients, and it is rewarding when she sees the growth from a rough first visit to leaving with a satisfied smile on their faces. A fun fact about Myca is that she served in the military for six years!

Paige is one of our marvelous Scheduling Coordinators who happily welcomes every little friend to our office with open arms. When off, Paige spends her time with her husband, Jaden, and her two bonus kiddos, McKenna and Zane, as they prepare for their newest addition to the family, Bryson! Paige chose pediatrics because she adores how children tend to keep things interesting. The most rewarding part of her job is watching the kiddos have a fun time as they giggle and smile throughout their visits. A fun fact about Paige is that she has a serious Lego addiction!

Sarah is one of our creative Dental Assistants. You can always find Sarah camping in the outdoors with her fiancé, Dillon, and their Beagle, Buddy. Sarah chose pediatrics because she worked in periodontics and was interested in seeing dentistry from the opposite end of the spectrum. The most rewarding part of her job is forming a connection with her patients while building a trusting relationship with their parents, as they can relax and know with confidence that their little ones are receiving the best care. A fun fact about Sarah is that she is skilled in crochet and has made the most incredible projects (including a life-sized chicken bag)!

Savi is one of our adventurous Dental Assistants. When Savi leaves the office, she fills her time playing with her two cats (Arista & Axel) and two dogs (Adley & Aller) with her husband, Jose, and their daughter, Aurelia. Savi chose pediatrics because she loves helping children overcome their fear of the dentist. The most rewarding part of her job is assisting kiddos on their journey to bright smiles and healthy teeth. A fun fact about Savi is that she lived in Germany for over three years and is a travel enthusiast!

Shelby is one of our tremendous Dental Assistants! In her free time, Shelby enjoys anything to do with the outdoors; her favorite pastimes include going to the beach or river, fishing, gardening, and cooking at a seafood boil with her partner, Travis. Shelby treasures her dog (Vegas) and her cats (Cheeto and Honey). Shelby chose pediatrics to teach kiddos about good oral hygiene habits and instill confidence in their smiles. The most rewarding part of her job is gaining the trust of her patients and watching them come out of their shells. A fun fact about Shelby is that she is great at impressions!

Tiffany is our fantastic Lead Dental Assistant and has been with our practice since 2021. Tiffany treasures spending time with her daughter, and they can often be found at the beach or on the soccer field. The most rewarding part of her job is assisting children to overcome any preconceived fears of the dentist. A fun fact about Tiffany is that she has been skydiving!
